Jose Andres Spanish chef, guest starred as a judge on the hit television show “Top Chef” Sunday after making a name for himself as being the chef often credited for bringing the small plate dining concept to America.
Andres began his career in a famous restaurant in Spain under Ferran Adria at El Bulli, but later left for America to create his own restaurant company in Washington, D.C. known as THINKfoodGROUP.
Andres would later become a culinary expert for MSN Lifestyle and teach culinary physics at Harvard University with Ferran Adria.
In television, he launched his first TV program in the United States entitled “Made in Spain,” a 26-part series for public television, appearing in San Francisco.
