Whataburger

Whataburger offer free burger – Whataburger restaurant is offering a free burger on Tuesday for those customers who wear its signature orange between 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This is in relation of the company celebration of its 60th anniversary. Today, August 4, 2010 Whataburger launch the online contest for a grand prize of 3,120 burgers estimated a winner to have a free burger in 60 years.

Whataburger started way back 1950 as a small burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas. Their signature made-to-order patties came with four dill pickle slices, three fresh tomatoes, lettuce and mustard, served on a freshly baked 5-inch bun. They still do, even as the burger stand has expanded to more than 700 restaurants in 10 different states namely Texas, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

By the way, Whataburger Harmon Dobson named the restaurant for the phrase he want to hear from his avid customers: “What a Burger”. So guys, if you want a free burger just dine at one of Whataburger restaurant wearing the chain’s signature color orange. Want to Try?
